Physical inspection
After accepting the trade, the game is dispatched by the seller to GameMandi & not directly to the buyer which allows GameMandi to physically inspect the game in terms of its originality, packaging & damage (if any). In case GameMandi finds the game damaged or not sent as per the trade details, it is sent back to the seller. The buyer’s token in this case are not deducted but 1 additional token from the seller’s account is deducted as trade violation penalty besides the trade processing fee.
Safe dispatch & delivery
After inspection of the game, GameMandi dispatches it via a trusted courier service or own dispatch, to the buyer & transfers the tokens to the seller’s account after delivery confirmation. In case of the buyer failing to take delivery of the game, he is held under trade violation & 1 additional token besides the trade processing fee is deducted as trade violation penalty from his account. The seller is returned his game & no tokens are deducted from his account.
Responsibility
GameMandi is responsible for the game after it has been received in an undamaged condition & as per the trade details submitted by the seller. In case the game is lost or damaged after dispatch from GameMandi to the buyer, the seller of the game is compensated by being credited with the same number of tokens he had asked for the game & the buyer’s tokens are not deducted. However, GameMandi does not accept any responsibility of loss or damage to the game or contents of the package after/during dispatch of the game to GameMandi by the seller.
Transfer of ownership
Once the game has been traded successfully, the buyer of the game becomes the sole owner of the game & the seller’s rights to the game are revoked.
Trade violations include but are not limited to: |

Sending damaged, scratched, unplayable (including incomplete game play), illegal/pirated copies of the game. |
| 2) |
Not sending the game as per the trade details submitted (Example: If you mention you have the manual of the game and send the game without it or If you have mentioned it’s a 'New – Unplayed' game when it is actually not, etc.). |
| 3) |
Failure/rejection to receive the game when it is dispatched by GameMandi. |
| 4) |
Making false claims of any kind (Example: Claiming to have received a damaged game when it wasn’t damaged). |
Illegal copies/pirated games
Illegal/pirated copies of games dispatched to GameMandi are not returned to the seller & are destroyed without any compensation to the seller along with deduction of trade processing fee & violation penalty.
