You can apply for a refund of the amount paid towards your purchase of GameMandi Tokens after 30 days of purchase under the following conditions:

You have genuinely tried to trade on GameMandi by placing genuine offers. |

Example: A trader asks for 20 tokens for a particular game and you offer him nothing less
than 20 tokens for his game & the trader declines your offer and/or the trade expires. |

| 2) |
You have not committed any trade violation |
| |
Example: Canceling the trade after placing an offer or canceling after it has been accepted etc. Refer to ‘Trade guarantee & rules’ & ‘FAQs’ to further information. |

| 3) |
You have not completed even a single trade. |
| |
Example: You purchased 50 tokens & traded 20 tokens for a game successfully; the balance 30 tokens cannot be refunded plainly because GameMandi has proven its platform can perform. Since you could complete a trade, trading the balance 30 tokens should not be an issue. |
Other terms & conditions:
| 1) |
Refund of GameMandi tokens only applies to purchased GameMandi tokens and not to any free tokens credited to your account by GameMandi or to any tokens received by trading a game. |
| 2) |
Order once placed for GameMandi tokens cannot be canceled but you are entitled for a refund as per our refund policies. |
| 3) |
GameMandi’s refund policy is governed by other rules, regulations, policies, agreements as stated throughout the website (http://www.gamemandi.com) |
| 4) |
Refunds are subject to GameMandi’s discretion & GameMandi’s decisions are binding upon its users. |
| 5) |
Refund of GameMandi tokens purchased via a credit card is subject to a 5% refund fee. |
| 6) |
Refunds of GameMandi tokens are also subject to charges involved for making sure you receive the refund. Example: Courier of Cheque/DD, Net Banking charges applicable if any, Travel expenses incurred by GameMandi to deliver the Cash to your registered address, etc. |
