New offers received & total number of trades are indicated as below.

On clicking 'Trades' you will be able to view your active trades including new offers received. The filter form allows you to search for a particular trade or filter them as per their type/status.

Trade ID: A 'Trade ID' is allocated after a new offer is placed/received for a particular game. In each case the game name is mentioned in the ‘Game title’. You may view details of the trade by clicking on its ‘Trade ID’.

' ! ' mark besides the Trade ID indicates that particular trade requires your attention/action/its status has recently been updated.

Type: Indicates whether you are buying or selling the game in that particular trade.

Status: Trade status which is indicated by a number (1 – 6, Example: 1 = New Offer) shows the stage at which the particular trade is currently on. You may move your mouse over the numbered image to view the status description.

As on: This date shows when the status of the trade was last updated.

Trade Details
On clicking the 'Trade ID', the user can choose to proceed with completing the trade or canceling it depending on its current status.

Status 1: New offer

Buyer's point of view: The buyer can view the date he placed the offer on and also has an option to cancel the offer placed before the offer is accepted.

Seller's point of view: The seller can view the date he received the offer & has an option to accept/decline the offer. The dispatch instructions are displayed after accepting the trade.

Status 2: Accepted by trader

Buyer's point of view: The buyer can view the date on which the seller accepted the offer and also has an option to cancel the offer placed before the game is dispatched.

Seller's point of view: After accepting the offer the seller has to dispatch the game on/before 3 days to GameMandi to avoid auto cancellation of the trade. The seller also has an option to cancel the trade.

Status 3: Dispatched by trader

Traders can view the date on which the seller dispatched the game to GameMandi.

Status 4: Received by GameMandi

Traders can view the date on which GameMandi received the game from the seller. After inspection of the game as per trade guarantee & rules, the game is dispatched to the buyer by GameMandi.

Status 5: Dispatched by GameMandi

Traders can view the date the game was dispatched by GameMandi to the buyer.

Status 6: Trade completed

A trade is considered to be completed once GameMandi has delivered the game to the buyer & transferred the tokens from the buyer’s account to the seller’s account after adjusting the trade processing fee. The trade completion date is shown as follows.
